Annemiek
Merged the home’s original features with modern interior design. Features not just one, but multiple WoodUpp projects: Restroom, bedroom, and stairway.
Visiting Annemiek
We couldn’t wait to visit Annemiek’s home in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
As soon as we heard she has not just one, but multiple WoodUpp projects, our curiosity was piqued.
What’s super cool is how these different projects don’t just stand alone; they all connect in some way, creating this amazing sense of balanced harmony throughout her entire home.
A keen eye for detail
Whether it’s the panels in her sons’ rooms, the creative use in her hallway restroom, or the stunning stairwell decked out in Classic Oak Akupanels, each space feels both individual and part of a bigger design story.
It’s a true testament to how versatile and transformative these panels can be, especially in the hands of someone with a keen eye for detail like Annemiek.
The first project
The first project that caught our eye was in her hallway restroom. B
The panels on the furniture doors give the room a unique, cohesive feel.
They add that extra bit of warmth and unity that ties the whole space together. It’s like she found the perfect way to blend creativity with practicality.
Create unity in your interior
When you walk into her beautifully decorated bedroom, the panels are the first thing you notice.
They really complete the look. Her place has some old-school ‘farm-like’ features, but she’s given them a modern twist while still keeping that original charm. It’s the perfect mix of old and new.
The wooden panels in the Walnut colour, complement the look.
Turning Heads and Raising Ceilings
You can totally see that she’s thought about every little thing in her home to make sure it all comes together. For her next project, she put the panels in her stairwell, and it looks awesome.
The panels stretch all the way up, making you really notice how tall the wall is.
For this project in the stairwell she used the Akupanels in the Classic Oak.
The final WoodUpp project in her awesome home is up on the top floor, where her sons’ bedrooms are.
She decided to put panels in both of the boys’ rooms, which is a killer move for creating a unified and chill vibe.
WoodUpp panels aren’t just pretty faces
Annemiek’s pad in Hoofddorp is a real-life design inspo, all thanks to her knack for nailing multiple WoodUpp projects.
Every space in her home has its own vibe but still feels part of this big, well-thought-out design story.
It just goes to show, WoodUpp panels aren’t just pretty faces; they’re also doing some heavy lifting in making a home look and feel just right!
